Group Breathwork (Transformational Breathing)
Group 75-minute session
Breathwork is a deep breathing modality that gets you out of your head and into your body. It breaks through the chatter of the mind so you can let go of any stress and negativity that’s weighing you down. It’s an opportunity to embrace your inner energy and embody a new state of being.
This is a prolonged deep breathing practice that you must be physically and mentally capable to do. Contraindications may include: heart, lung and neurological issues – along with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Consult you doctor before participating if you have any known health conditions that may preclude you from participating.
Please have a private space to lay down. Good speakers / headphones, blanket and eye-mask are recommended.
Functional Breathing Skills to Restore & Awaken
Group 50-minute session
Learn to utilize your breath to wake up, calm down or balance your nervous system on command. Each class will contain a guided breathing session followed by some Q&A to solidify the teachings.

Learn to incorporate breath into your daily life to wake-up, balance and/or relax the nervous system. This is a must for anyone who wishes to reduce stress, manage anxiety or optimize their mind & body for maximum performance.
Reset & Align
Private 30-minute session
Be guided through a breathing practice to reset the nervous system and restart your day… or we can use this time for integration after an especially profound breathwork session. Your choice.

Breathwork Private
Private 90-minute session
Private breathwork session with Morris to explore the subconscious mind and clear stuck energy. This is a prolonged deep breathing practice that you must be physically and mentally capable to do.
